With over 15 years of experience in delivering care services across the UK, Tiffany leads all operations and delivery within The Affinity Care Group. Tiffany brings a widespread knowledge across regulatory aspects of running a care home which includes CQC Compliance, CQC Crisis Management, policies and staff training.

Elle brings her experience in brand development, promotion and communications to provide comprehensive marketing support for the Affinity team.
